Myithelp.info is an online information resource and training forum enabling people to improve their ITC knowledge and apply that knowledge in practice.

Members pose their IT queries via the site and receive answers from the experts.  The added advantage is that users can view commonly asked questions and a library of answers to everything from ‘how to do a mail merge’ to ‘’how to show formula’s in excel’.

Anyone can register as a user of the service.  MyITHelp.Info is available to businesses large or small. With rates per employee from as low as £1 per month, MyITHelp.Info is a cost-effective way of providing answers to questions about Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other common applications.

MyITHelp, owned by ATL Solutions, was developed in collaboration with Henley College, Zarr Ltd and the Learning and Skills Council (LSC).
