£38 million, 150 employee business experiencing rapid growth called upon ATL Consultancy to review the effectiveness of a new layer of middle management within a traditional family business.  An Employee Satisfaction Survey served as a tool to identify issues amongst the staff and evaluation of management training provided an action plan for getting more from training in the future.
