Microsoft Word Advanced Course 

If you have attended our Word Intermediate course, or use Word on a regular
basis but need help with complex document or form/ template creation, then
this course will enable you to use it’s full functionality with confidence. 

We will revise a few core topics and then move on to page related topics and
section breaks. 

Following this, we will move on to form creation, using templates and
protecting documents.

We will then cover topics related to reference documents and mail-merge. 

The following topics will be included: 

     Revision of Paragraph Formats 
     Adding Page Borders 
     Creating Watermarks 
     Using Page Layout options to set Different First Page and/or Even and
Odd Headers / Footers 
     Working with different sections in Headers and Footers 
     Inserting manual section breaks 
     Continuous section breaks and column formatting 
     Inserting Form Fields and creating Form templates 
     Protecting documents for form completion 
     Reviewing document options –inserting comments, tracking changes 
     Revision of Styles 
     Inserting document references –indexes, table of contents, footnotes 
     Cross-referencing 
     Using Bookmarks and Hyperlinks 
     Inserting useful fields 
     Mail merge
