All our ITQs are assessed onsite through observation of performance, evaluation of evidence and questioning.  The flexibility of our training methods ensures that every staff member receives a personalised training plan delivered in bite sized modules at a time and date to suit them and involves minimum disruption to workloads.

ITQ Award
ITQ is a unique 'pick and mix' cluster of units that has been designed to help individuals make the best possible use of technology at work and in everyday life.  They are flexible, easy to understand and appropriate to real job roles.

ITQ is based at levels 1,2 and 3 of the National Qualifications Framework.

Business and Administration NVQ
Business and Administration NVQs are aimed at staff working in administration across all occupations and sectors of employement.

A flexible qualification in its structure enabling the organisation and individual to choose the optional units which best suit the work situation and job role.

Customer Service NVQ
Customer Service NVQs are aimed at delegates who deliver and manage service and are accountable in the area of practice.  Delegates plan a programme of development and assessment to suit the individual requirements.

Leadership & Management
Leadership & Management is a qualification intended for those who have management or leadership responsibility for staff.  This qualification is suitable for all levels of managers/leaders and includes managing staff, managing resources and health and safety.
