The company is built on partnership principles, choosing to keep its in-house staff to a core operational team and utilise the best available training professionals to design and deliver training solutions for ccustomers.
As a founder member of UKITA - the United Kingdon IT Association - we have significant links with leading edge Information and Communication Technology experts. This and our broader network gives us access to professional IT user trainers throughout the West Midlands.
Helen Brewster – Managing Director
Helen Brewster is a founding Director of ATL Solutions. As well as having day to day contact with clients – assessing their requirements for Training, IT and Consultancy interventions Helen also acts directly with companies on a consultancy basis.
She is heavily involved in regional and local IT, enterprise and training initiatives including the UKita and Henley College , as Chair of their employer advisory group. Helen has a sizable network and is very well connected in the West Midlands business community. If ATL Solutions can’t help she’ll invariably ‘know a man who can!’
As well as managing the day to day business issues at ATL Solutions Helen also has contact with clients as an account manager, helping to identify training, consultancy and software needs.
Fred Noble – Chairman
Fred established ATL Solutions alongside Helen Brewster in 2000. He has a number of business interests as well as being heavily involved in the West Midlands IT Association, and the Training and Business community. Fred was the visionary behind UKITA and is now its Chair.

Catherine Dartnall - Training Manager
Catherine joined ATL Solutions in March 2009 and is the manager of our learning and development programmes. As our Training Manager, Catherine manages the delivery of your learning journey with ATL Solutions. With over 20 years experience in training to all sizes of organisations in all industry sectors , Catherine can devise the perfect training plan to help you make the most of your technology.
Michelle Chaplin – Finance Manager
Michelle joined ATL Solutions in June 2009. Michelle runs the finances of our business and is an expert on Sage. Michelle is first point of contact for all questions regarding invoices and accounts.
Lisa James – Business Support Manager
Lisa joined ATL Solutions in 2007 having worked in sales & marketing roles for a number of local IT companies.
Lisa is often a client’s first point of contact with ATL Solutions; she’s the friendly voice at the end of the telephone and handles all seminar bookings and initial enquiries. Lisa concentrates on building new relationships with local companies and developing new business.
Lisa's background in marketing is invaluable in joining the team to help grow and develop the business adapting to market changes and new business requirements.
Trainers and Associates
All trainers used by ATL Solutions are selected as being experts in their field. For example we have many trainers who can work with clients on the effective set up and use of Sage. But if a client needs help with QuickBooks or another accountants software product we can supply suitably experienced and qualified trainers in this software too.
All ATL Solutions trainers have a business background meaning they are able to advise on process improvement and the use of applications as well as being experts in the software itself.
